Welcome to The Tales of Turrington, the blog of Cleveland State University journalism and promotional communication major, Doug Turrington.

This blog started as a prerequisite for a couple of classes I’m taking, but is now where you’ll find all the stuff from school to my work at Cleveland Magazine to freelance pieces I’ve written.

The ‘all posts’ tab will show you my published work in chronological order, whether it is school, work, whatever. But use any of the specific tabs or links to shortcut your way to what you’re looking for.

There’s a strong chance you’re here from Twitter or Facebook and a strong chance it’s from something related to wrestling or sports (hopefully it’s because you read an article I wrote and you just had to look me up for more, but I digress). Give me a follow on Twitter. I’m on Facebook under Tales of Turrington, too. The freelance world is built off of word-of-mouth shares, retweets, likes, favorites, whatever. I’ll share links to my stories on there whenever I have a new piece to share. Click the following link for the rest of the intro to the blog and more about my background.
